Role Overview

We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to support our founder in managing strategic, operational, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, adaptability, and maintaining seamless communication across various functions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive communications, including responding to emails, taking calls, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage corporate documents for internal teams and external stakeholders, including investors.
  • Program manage on-going projects in the company.
  • Manage the founder's calendar, schedule meetings, take minutes of meetings (MOM), and organize travel itineraries.
  • Maintain an organized system for filing and managing both paper and electronic documents.
  • Conduct research tasks, such as compiling product data or gathering customer insights through field surveys.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, and external partners.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 to 8 years of experience as an EA, preferably reporting directly to senior management.
  • A Master's degree in business/commerce or a B.Tech degree is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to specific software and tools.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in managing and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
