    Travel Percentage & Compensation NA Preferable Staying 30-45 mins travelling time from our office. Wanted candidate who have mindset of long term working in organization

    Weekly Offs (Fixed or Flexible) & Working Hours Weekly offs- on Sunday Only

    Working time from 10 am to 6.30 pm

    Gender preference if any Female, Married

    Professional and Educational Skills Needed Graduate plus any management course done is preferred. Excellent Follow up skill is MUST. Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.

    Day to Day Responsibilities Administrative Support:


  • Calendar Management: Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the MD.

  • Email Management: Screening and prioritizing emails, drafting responses, and managing communications on behalf of the MD.

  • Document Preparation: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the MD.

    Meeting Coordination:


  • Agenda Preparation: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring that follow-up actions are completed.

  • Meeting Logistics: Organizing and coordinating logistics for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other key meetings.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to schedule and prepare for meetings.

    Communication Management:


  • Internal Communication: Acting as a point of contact between the MD and other executives, employees, and directors for delegation of Tasks

  • External Representation: Representing the MD in communications with external parties, including clients and vendors.

  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

    Office Management:


  • Office Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the MD's office, including maintaining office supplies.

  • Visitor Coordination: Coordinating visits from clients, partners, and other stakeholders, including organizing hospitality as required.

  • Event Planning: Planning and organizing company events, conferences, and other functions as required.

    Strategic Support:


  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on the progress of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Problem Solving: Identifying issues and providing solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the MD's operations.

    Ad Hoc Duties: Performing other duties as assigned by the MD, which may vary depending on the needs of the company.

    These responsibilities may vary depending on the specific needs of the MD and the company.

    English Speaking Needed on the scale of 10 (10 being the highest) 8

    Interview Mode In our Office

    Experience related to Logistics & Supply Chain industry more preferable

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 12,390.02 - 35,248.69 per month
