Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) will provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks. The role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the MD's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication
: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the MD, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence related to general queries and sales calls.Meeting Coordination
: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as required by the MD.
Office Management
: Ensure the smooth operation of the MD's office, including managing supplies, and equipment, and liaising with other departments.Confidentiality
: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the MD.
- Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, building and maintaining professional relationships.
Research
: Conduct research and gather information to support the MD's decision-making process.Event Planning
: Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and other activities.
QualificationsEducation
: At least a Bachelor's degree in any field. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions- The role is based in Delhi-NCR, with occasional travel as required.

Pay: 20,- 00 - 25,000.00 per month
