The Executive Assistant to CMD is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Managing Director in order to facilitate efficient management of daily operations. The role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize and organize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CMD's calendar: Coordinate and schedule all appointments, meetings, and conferences for the CMD, ensuring that they are properly prioritized and efficiently managed.
- Manage communication: Manage the CMD's incoming and outgoing communication, including screening calls, emails, and letters, and drafting responses when necessary.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, and ensure that all documents and correspondence are properly safeguarded.
- Prepare reports and presentations: Prepare reports and presentations as required by the CMD, using a variety of software tools and applications.
- Coordinate with senior management team: Coordinate with other members of the senior management team to ensure that the CMD is properly informed and prepared for all meetings and events.
- Participate in meetings: Attend meetings with the CMD, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
- Manage special projects: Manage special projects as assigned by the CMD, including researching and analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required.
- Person should be open for the travel (Plant once in a month)
