Job Description

We are looking for an dynamic individual to join out team as Executive assistant to our Managing director.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director.
Assistant the MD in their day to day activities.
  • Act as a bridge between the MD and external and internal entities
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential information and communications with discretion.
Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
Support the Managing Director in executing strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Foster positive relationships across the organization through effective communication and collaboration.

Female Candidates preferred.
Work from office
Travel will be required from time to time.
Relevant experience will be required.
Excellent communication skills needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,
  • 00 - 30,000.00 per month
