Anticipate the needs of senior management and manage schedules accordingly.
- Arrange and coordinate travel, including expense reports and visa/passport requirements.
- Gather, compile, verify, and analyse information for management use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.
- Facilitate smooth communication between senior management and coworkers, as well as external parties such as media, customers, vendors, and the public.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of management records and files.
- Monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure office activities are conducted within established budgets.
- Prepare documents and presentation materials, screen and respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls.
- Draft letters and official information releases; arrange and attend meetings; take and distribute minutes.
- Act as a formal resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Complete other tasks for senior management as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
