This role will be responsible for
Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence like phone calls, emails on behalf of the MD.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct research and compile data to prepare and edit reports and presentations.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging venues, catering, and equipment.
Attend meetings with the Managing Director, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring information security and compliance.
Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively handle administrative tasks to facilitate the workflow.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
Preferred Skills
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
