Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant (F) to provide exceptional support to our Managing Director. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our organization, assisting in strategic decision-making, managing key operations, and ensuring the MD's activities run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize the MD's schedule, appointments, and communications.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and strategic documentation.

Oversee travel arrangements, event planning, and project management.

Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle confidential matters with professionalism.

Social Media Management: Take charge of our company's social media platforms, creating impactful content and enhancing our online presence.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: B.Com / MBA / CS preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and a proactive mindset.
