Administrative Support :
Manage the Group MDs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Group MD.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Group MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Project Managemen t:
Assist in managing key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
Conduct research and gather information to support the Group MD s decision-making processes.
Track progress on various projects and provide regular updates to the Group MD.
Event Planning and Management :
Organize and coordinate events, including executive meetings, off-sites, and company-wide events.
Handle logistics, invitations, agendas, and follow-up activities.
Documentation and Filing :
Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Prepare, review, and organize documentation for board meetings and other executive sessions.
Financial Administration :
Monitor and manage budget and financial activities related to the Group MD s office.
Confidentiality and Discretion :
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Maintain a high level of discretion in all interactions and communications.
