Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the Managing Director. Ensure the calendar is up-to-date and coordinate with other executives and departments.
- Communication Handling: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Ensure all documents are accurate and completed on time.
Meeting and Event Coordination*
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including arranging logistics, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure tasks are completed.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and other special functions. Handle logistics such as venue selection, catering, and invitations.
Travel Management*
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare travel briefs and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
- Expense Management: Track and manage travel and expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission for reimbursement.
Office Management*
- Resource Coordination: Oversee office supplies and equipment. Manage inventory and place orders as needed to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Vendor Liaison: Act as a liaison with vendors and service providers. Manage contracts and service agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Confidentiality and Discretion*
- Confidential Information: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ensure that all business dealings and information are managed securely.
- Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, providing support and insights as needed while maintaining confidentiality.
Project Assistance*
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Managing Director. Conduct research, compile data, and provide recommendations.
- Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up on project deadlines and deliverables. Monitor progress and provide updates as necessary.
Relationship Management*
- Stakeholder Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Represent the Managing Director in interactions as needed.

Strategic Support*
