We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Director's office. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our Director by managing his schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks. You will be a trusted and confidential partner, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's day-to-day activities.
Schedule Management:
Proactively manage the Director's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure efficient scheduling, timely confirmations, and clear communication for all appointments.Communication Hub:
Serve as the first point of contact to our Director handling emails, phone calls, and other inquiries professionally and efficiently. Draft responses as needed and ensure timely follow-up on action items.Document & Presentation Management: Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Leverage technology and tools to enhance efficiency and presentation quality.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, both internal and external. Attend meetings when required, taking clear and concise minutes, and ensuring action items are assigned, tracked, and completed.
Travel Management:
Coordinate all aspects of Director's travel, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Develop comprehensive itineraries and ensure smooth travel experiences.Event Planning:
Organize and manage business events for the Director, ranging from small gatherings to larger functions.Research & Analysis: Conduct research as required by the Director and present clear and concise findings, including recommendations and insights.
- Confidentiality & Trust: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and be a trusted advisor to the Director. Demonstrate discretion and integrity in handling all tasks and responsibilities.
Prioritization & Time Management:
Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to optimize the Director's daily schedule and maximize productivity.Travel
: Local travel ( convenience provided ) Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month
