Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated executive assistant for the directorwho will act as the director's right-hand person, ensuring seamless coordination with external stakeholders (partners, customers) and internal teams (Delivery, marketing, top management). This role is highly dynamic, requiring excellent multitasking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a strong interest in learning the essentials of company secretarial functions. Freshers in Company Secretaryship (CS) are encouraged to apply, as this position offers significant exposure to both executive-level assistance and compliance-related functions. The right candidate will be offered a CTC up to Rs. 3.6 LPA, the candidate with higher expectations must not apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination & Liaison
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and various internal teams, such as Delivery, Marketing, and Top Management.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with external partners and customers to ensure smooth operations and successful project deliveries.
- Executive Reporting & Support
- Provide daily updates and reports to the Director on ongoing projects, upcoming tasks, and organizational developments.
- Maintain a clear record of important documents, meetings, and decisions for easy reference.
- Compliance & Company Secretarial Support
- Support basic company secretarial duties, including filing, documentation, and meeting legal or regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing company policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance.
- Project Management & Leadership
- Work both independently and as a team leader when coordinating tasks or initiatives.
- Ensure all assigned projects are completed with accuracy and within designated timelines.
- Professional Development & Learning
- Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop skills that align with organizational needs, especially in corporate compliance and governance.
- Show willingness and capability to learn at a fast pace and adapt to new responsibilities as they arise.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Company Secretary (CS) certification (or ongoing) is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
