We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the founder in managing day-to-day operations, team coordination, and administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring smooth business operations and freeing up leadership bandwidth for strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination (30%)
- Coordinate between different team members (designers, marketers, ops)
- Follow up on task completion and deadlines
- Maintain project management tools and track progress
- Create and distribute meeting minutes/action item
Order Management & Customer Service (25%)
- Monitor incoming orders across channels
- Coordinate with operations for order fulfillment
- Handle basic customer queries
- Maintain order tracking and documentation
Administrative Support (25%)
- Handle email correspondence
- Organize documents in our online drive
- Maintain org memory (notes, learnings, followups)
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Sales Support (20%)
- Maintain customer database
- Create and send price quotes
- Follow up with potential clients
- Prepare basic sales reports
- Track competitor activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or coordination role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B sales support
- Knowledge of project management tools (Trello/Asana)
- Understanding of digital marketing basics
- Experience with CRM systems
