The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high pressure environment coordinating the logistics of the Chairman of the company. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the Delegate & Chairman's operations run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver.
- Responsible for all managing all activities related to CEO for ILC & Vertex, Delegate for GCBL/FIC & AACC

- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients on behalf of the President
- Meticulous control, coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, assist by performing a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate meetings and flow of information to senior executives, as assigned.
- Maximize President's time and office productivity, expanded way beyond arranging Calendar & being more proactive in the face of changing priorities. Handle correspondence on President's behalf, understand the administrative systems, across the business.

- Developed own capacity to delegate, adhere to emotional intelligence depending upon complexity of the issue, maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and address concerns to the President.
- Plan and organize meetings/monthly reviews.
- Manage the President's complex travel plans, itineraries, and compilation of travel-related dockets. Ensure all the travel arrangements are being done on time.
- Accurate monthly bank statements provided to the Financial Advisor by every quarter in the specified format.
- Provide data for monthly investment portfolio & verify P&L and balance sheet in a pre-defined format with financial advisor. Accurate information flow of existing loan accounts to the financial advisor on a quarterly/half-yearly basis.
- Cross check all the documents adhere to an approval (physical/soft). Double cross-check docs when giving approval on behalf of the President.
- Effective document and record management - timely updating of all the records. Files are established as required with accurate labeling, regular reminders of all unattended documents.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries for the President
- Arrange corporate events, conferences, exhibitions to take place outside of the work place, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events,
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
