Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, handling diary management, and providing general administrative assistance to the CEO.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports and diary management
- Ability to provide efficient administrative assistance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
