Key Responsibilities:
Professional Duties:
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communication.
- Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking key projects, ensuring all milestones are achieved in a timely manner.
- Business Analysis: Conduct research, provide reports, and assist with presentations for board meetings and business development initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with partners, clients, and internal teams on behalf of the CEO to maintain smooth operations.
- Document Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and presentations.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize and manage travel bookings, accommodations, and travel itineraries.
Personal Duties:
- Personal Errands: Handle personal tasks, such as managing household bills, personal shopping, and coordinating repairs or services for personal matters.
- Travel Coordination: Organize personal travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and managing itineraries.
- Appointments: Schedule and coordinate personal appointments (e.g., medical, financial, etc.).
- Household Management: Assist with the management of household staff, vendors, and other personal service providers.
Qualifications:
- Business Qualification: Degree inBusiness Administration,Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior executives, with some experience handling personal tasks.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to handle both professional and personal duties with discretion and professionalism.
