Job title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Location: Andheri west, Mumbai
- Experience: Must have 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (EA)
Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the Chairman. Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.- Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) and employees for various action points. Take minutes during internal meetings, highlighting relevant action points, and follow up on these actions.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Chairman from time to time.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, handle payment coordination, and follow up on assignments.
Manage appointments, follow up on actions, and communicate agendas for meetings to concerned parties.- Represent the office of the Chairman with the utmost honesty, confidentiality, and sincerity.
Plan and manage the Chairman's calendar in a professional manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
