Roles and Responsibilities Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.- Prepare and organize necessary materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is fully briefed on all agenda items.
Communication Management
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the CEO.- Maintain effective communication between the CEO and various departments.
Project Coordination
- Assist in implementing and tracking ongoing projects and initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for various stakeholders as requested by the CEO. Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up.
- Document meeting minutes and ensure action items are followed up on.
Office Management- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-maintained working environment.
Coordinate with IT and administrative teams for seamless operations.
- Confidentiality and Discretion
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.- Uphold the integrity of the CEO's office by maintaining professionalism at all times.
Personal Assistance
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO as required, balancing professional and personal priorities.
Research and Analysis- Conduct research as needed to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Compile and present relevant data to aid the CEO in various matters.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
