As the Founders Office - Strategy and Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of Radium and its inhouse brand Theodore.
Location: Lower Parel
Working model: Onsite working
Days: Monday to Saturday,
Usually the 2nd Saturday is a half day, and the 4th is an off.
Timings: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the founders to develop and refine the strategic roadmap. Align strategic initiatives with the overarching vision and objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the fashion industry. Forge strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to enhance market presence and reach.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to gain insights into consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics. Utilize findings to inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts.
- Streamline internal processes and workflows to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization. Implement best practices to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
- Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and image. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling brand narratives and communication strategies that resonate with their respective target audiences.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and industry influencers. Serve as a primary point of contact for external parties, representing the interests and values of both brands.
- Develop clear and effective communication strategies to convey the vision, mission, and value proposition. Ensure consistent messaging across various channels and touchpoints.
- Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact operations or reputation. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to safeguard the interests of the company
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and brand management within the fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
