Job Description

We're Hiring an Executive Assistant to the Manager / Director / CEO of a leading Insurance Company - Only Female

Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in a similar role and easily manage multiple tasks and deadlines. This is a high-pressure position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and proactively anticipate the CEO's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule and appointments
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings and events
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Manage CEO's travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and other logistics
  • Assist CEO in preparing for meetings, including researching background information and preparing presentation materials
  • Manage CEO's expenses and ensure timely submission of expense reports
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting top-level executives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
