We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be an initiative-taking analytical person with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. He/ She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing duties, and providing support to Management. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on our assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations.

Responsibilities:

With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that organization goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently

Manage communication between senior management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks

Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the CEO priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.

Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports /documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives

Helping prepare for meetings.

Accurately recording minutes from meetings.

Take the lead on strategic initiatives important for organization culture and success. Assist with a variety of organization projects and processes

Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary Resolving issues and troubleshooting a variety of situations

Liaise with teams across the office.

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

Job Requirements:

Dynamic, enthusiastic & tech savvy willing to contribute & expand their areas of contribution. Has an attention to detail, high accountability, maintains utmost level of confidentiality, etc.

Experienced in working & coordinating across functions.

5 years and above of experience in QSR / F&B / Consumer Industry preferred.

Prior experience in a similar role working closely with the senior leadership.

Experienced in calendar / schedule management, working closely with admin for tour facilitating, taking MOM's, etc.

Experienced in handling reporting tools / maintain dashboards.

Education: Graduation/Post Graduation Degree from a reputed institute
