The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in our Ahmedabad headquarters. As a trusted partner to senior executives, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling their productivity.
Your Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Preparation of MIS
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Executive Coordination
- Provide confidential and administrative support to senior leaders
- Help prioritize tasks and manage the executives schedules
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise
- Foster strong relationships with the leadership team
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
