- Scheduling meetings and manage calendar and reminding about pending priority tasks to be executed before due date
- Creating a consolidated list of emails on daily basis report it
- Coordinate and maintain the diary and Google Calendar including organizing of all appointments, meetings, travel, guests, etc.
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail, emails, telephone calls and correspondence, including where appropriate re-routing to executives
- Co-ordinate internal and external meetings, maintain accurate meeting minutes and ensuring approved minutes are documented into the relevant format and provide necessary follow up if required.
