Job Description

  • Calendar Management : Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries Communication Handling : Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other correspondence, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses Meeting Coordination : Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring all necessary participants are informed Document Preparation
  • Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO Project Assistance
  • Support the CEO in managing various projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met Travel Arrangements
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation Administrative Tasks
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing expense reports and invoices Liaison Role : Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication Confidentiality
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion End-of-Day Briefing
  • Provide the CEO with daily summaries, updates on Tasks, and reminders for the following day Candidate Profile Must have worked directly with the promoter Should have worked with company of Turnover 4000 Cr Should have worked in manufacturing firm
  • Should be comfortable to travel, as & when needed Must know Hindi & English Has demonstrated stability across organisations Preferably with age 35 years Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple Tasks and priorities efficiently Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and external contact s Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected changes and demands in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and a proactive approach to work
