We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Indian job market.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and mail
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with project management and coordination
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 5-10 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
