Job Description
- Support and Track Business Parameters.
- Track business performance Index.
- Manage emails, information and other communications, filing; answer where possible highlight and prioritise those that need Director's attention.
- Plan and maintain Director's calendar and recurring tasks, schedule meetings and appointments, organize and set agendas and action points for all meetings.
- Attend meetings to take notes and action points, ability to take and record accurate notes/minutes in complex meetings.
- Act as follow-up Manager across Senior Leadership Team to ensure agreed actions are being executed.
- Manage Director's travel schedule and book transport & accommodation.
- Support and drive new projects.
- Coordinate for critical requirements.
- Provide good relationship management and collaborate effectively with all staff, clients and suppliers.
- Any other task, assignment that the management deems suitable to the candidate's skill set and experience.

- Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work without supervision.
- Maintain 100% confidentiality, diplomacy, integrity and tactfulness.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft skills for common apps.
- Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, be enterprising.
- Presentable with pleasing, confident personality.
- Suitable graduate, with relevant experience assisting CEO / Director at a well-structured organization.
