Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars for the management team, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate client interactions, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and arranging client meetings
- Provide office support, such as managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and handling general administrative tasks
- Assist with personal scheduling and organization for the management team
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Perform research and gather information as requested
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
