- Manage the executives calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Assist in the preparation of reports, gathering and analyzing necessary data
- Coordinate travel plans and itineraries as required
- Maintain office organization and ensure efficient operations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
