Position: Executive Assistant to CEO/CTO (India Time)
Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid)

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CTO, bridging communication across time zones and ensuring effective coordination.
Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and CTO, handling daily schedules, managing essential communication, and fostering collaboration between India-based teams and US leadership. This role demands a high level of organizational expertise, confidentiality, and professionalism, with a primary focus on India Standard Time (IST) and some overlap flexibility for time-sensitive coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Coordinate daily schedules and manage calendars for the CEO and CTO, optimizing time across time zones.
- Communication Liaison: Facilitate timely communication between India and US teams, follow up on action items, and ensure alignment on key deliverables.
- Administrative Management: Organize and maintain documents, assist with travel arrangements, handle expense reports, and manage confidential materials as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare for and coordinate executive meetings, including board meetings and town halls, handling agendas, minutes, and follow-ups on action items.
- Project Assistance: Assist with key projects by tracking timelines, following up on deliverables, and supporting the CEO/CTO as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Professionally interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address inquiries and ensure smooth interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally within tech or consulting.
- Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities, and adherence to deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and relevant project management tools.
- Adaptable and able to work efficiently in a geographically distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting US-based executives or global teams.
- Familiarity with IT or software development environments.
Working Hours
Primarily following India Standard Time (IST) with occasional overlap opportunities as needed.
