Requirements:
Assistant to the Director

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Bcom, BFA, or related field
Previous experience in business development, assistant, or customer service roles is a plus
Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Curate engaging content and enhance online presence.
Client Data Management: Organise data for targeted outreach and maintain client relationships.
Email Correspondence: Draft professional emails and respond promptly.
Financial Tasks: Apply basic financial knowledge to relevant responsibilities.
Exceptional Communication: Clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the founder's schedule.
Communication Hub: Act as a central point of contact, filtering and responding to emails, calls, and messages.
Assistant to the Director: Manage meeting schedules and day-to-day tasks.
