Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant & Sales Coordinator, combining administrative expertise with sales responsibilities for our operations in Canada and USA markets. The ideal candidate will support the Managing Director with administrative tasks while also driving B2B and B2C sales efforts, helping to grow our customer base and foster relationships with key partners and clients.

Must be available to work night shifts from 9 pm IST to 5 am IST. This will be work from home Job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, handling all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Follow-Up: Track and follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Client & Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Actively engage in business development for both B2B and B2C markets in Canada and the USA.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and present findings to management for ongoing strategy refinement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, sales coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, preferably in the Canada and USA markets.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
  • Availability: Must be available to work night shifts from 9 pm IST to 5 am IST.
