The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
- Performing project-based work as assigned.
- Managing and maintaining executives schedules and appointments.
- Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant or Social Media role, ideally within the Industrial and Consumer industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
