Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with project management and coordination
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining records management database systems
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar rol
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
