Role Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the executive team, ensuring smooth operations and enabling efficient decision-making processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for contributing to the success of a fast-growing start-up.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and timely communication.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
- Coordinate logistics for team meetings, conferences, and events, both onsite and offsite.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support executive decision-making processes.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
