Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.- Prioritize and manage the Director's time efficiently.
Manage the director's calendar, email, mail, and phone calls.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain and organize files and records, both digital and physical.- Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry.
Assist with personal tasks for the Director, if required.
- Assist the Director with strategic planning and decision-making by providing relevant information and insights.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners and employees in the organization.- Responsible to draft emails on behalf of high-level authority.
