Based at our head office in Lower Parel, we have a position available for an experienced assistant reporting to one of our Directors.
Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, email, and correspondence.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries, and prepare materials for these events.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Handle confidential information and maintain the discretion required to support high-level executives.
Manage the executive's incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone, and mail.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other executives.
Ensure that the executive's office is running efficiently and effectively, and manage the flow of information and requests.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, such as email and calendaring software.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented.
