Position: Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences for the CEO, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes when necessary.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Manage and maintain the CEO's contacts database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of contact information.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, documents, and records related to the CEO's activities and responsibilities.
- Assist the CEO in managing various projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to support cross-functional projects as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality of all discussions, decisions, and documents related to the CEO's office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and responsibilities effectively.
