Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Delhi, India (Hybrid)

Salary: INR 18 LPA

Job Description :

We are representing the DLF family, and currently seeking an experienced and dedicated

Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the Chairman. The role will be based in Delhi.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage CFO's complex calendar and schedule, including arranging meetings,

appointments, and travel itineraries.

2. Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground

transportation.

3. Handle visa arrangements and any other travel-related documentation.

4. Prepare and organize necessary materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.

5. Assist in drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

6. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and communications.

7. Provide administrative support as needed, including managing emails, filing, and

expense reports.

8. Adapt to flexible working hours and be available to work under pressure when required.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, supporting Indian Promoter of large group.
  2. Proficiency in excellent English communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional overtime.
  7. Prior experience in travel management and arrangements is highly desirable.
  8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
