KRA:
- Handling internal external meetings, scheduling of appointments, organizing dealing with all communications correspondence, drafting preparing letters, reports, checking emails, prioritize responding on behalf of MD.
- Responsible for dealing with vendors for any follow-up or payment related issues.
- Events schedules, relationship management (greeting cards, gifts, invitations, etc).
- Effectively providing quality assistance to Factory, Accounts/finance, Marketing Teams on various issues.
- Updating Customer Database -Handling the responsibility of updating customer database with Company details, Email Addresses, Contact Numbers, Ensuring the contact details are saved in the Customer Care phone.
- Handling domestic and international ticketing Hotel reservations directly or through travel agents.
- Managing renewal of personal Insurance policies i.e. LIC, Car, Birla, ICICI Prudential, travel etc.
Candidate Profile:
Should be Excellent in Communication with fluency in English (Oral Written).
Stenography would be an added advantage.
Min 5- years experience.
