Role Perquisites- Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founding Team
- Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founding office at Percipere. The ideal candidate can be a fresher, graduate from a management college or post-graduation program with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with various functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor project timelines and follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed according to deadlines.
Maintain a systematic approach to task management, ensuring all critical tasks are addressed promptly.- Facilitate communication and follow-up with team members and senior management regarding pending tasks and project updates.
Calendar Management:- Manage the calendars, to do list and tasks efficiently, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and ensure availability of key participants.Alignment & Research:
Conduct research on key aspects relevant to the company's objectives, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Assist in preparing materials and presentations for meetings and strategic discussions.
Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Founding team.
Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other correspondence ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.- Demonstrate tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Bachelor's degree in Management or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Candidates whose career gap is not more than 2 years are also invited to apply
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Prior internship or work experience in an administrative role is a plus.
