Job Description

Role Perquisites
  • Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founding Team
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founding office at Percipere. The ideal candidate can be a fresher, graduate from a management college or post-graduation program with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with various functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor project timelines and follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed according to deadlines.
  • Task Management:
Maintain a systematic approach to task management, ensuring all critical tasks are addressed promptly.
  • Facilitate communication and follow-up with team members and senior management regarding pending tasks and project updates.
Calendar Management:
  • Manage the calendars, to do list and tasks efficiently, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and ensure availability of key participants.
Alignment & Research: Conduct research on key aspects relevant to the company's objectives, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Assist in preparing materials and presentations for meetings and strategic discussions.
Communication:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Founding team.
Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other correspondence ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Candidates whose career gap is not more than 2 years are also invited to apply
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Prior internship or work experience in an administrative role is a plus.
