Job Description
Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage and organize executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings,
and travel arrangements.
Prioritize and coordinate commitments to optimize executive's time.
Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of
executives.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange complex domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodation,
and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure executives are well-informed about travel plans.
Meeting Support:
Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events hosted or attended by
executives.
Document & Report Management:
Manage and organize confidential documents, files, and records.
Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Timely reporting from all departments on behalf of directors.
Task Prioritization:
Anticipate and address the needs of executives by proactively handling tasks and requests.
Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, mail, and office
supplies.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
