Key Responsibilities:
o Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
o Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
o Coordinate travel arrangements and manage logistics for business trips.
o Arranged merchant meetings, zoom meetings, networking through linked in.
o Flexible to Attend meetings.
o Flexible in travelling.
- Marketing Coordination:
o Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to design and create engaging content using Figma and Canva.
o Manage and update marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Office Management:
o Maintain and organize office operations and procedures.
o Handle office supplies and ensure the office environment is efficient and well maintained.
o Coordinate with merchants as needed.
- Communication:
o Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external merchants.
o Draft and distribute communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism. o Handle inquiries and provide information as needed.
