We're strengthening our sales team and are looking for a CEA DIVISION MANAGERS ASSISTANT for our Indian team.

Your mission will be to support CEA Division Manager and ensure the perfect organization and coordination of the different division needs and commitments
- to deliver our best in-service excellence policy to our customers,
- to achieve our sales objectives expanding our customers base,
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Supporting CEA Division manager activities, agenda and communication, such as: scheduling and preparing meetings and documents, organizing travels, preparing personalized PPT for customers, coordinating customers communication, keeping update customers Data Base.
- Preparing and analyzing different information from our systems: ERP, Power BI, CRM to follow up the goals and KPIs, providing the corresponding reports.
- Supporting CEA Division Manager in the follow up of: customers and projects, team organization and coordination, relation with other departments and subsidiaries.
- Being in charge of the of commercial activities, projects, customers needs or incidences, team meetings and personal development goals, planning all the necessary activities for their fulfilment, programming, designing and adapting the different stages.
SKILLS:
- Professional background of at least 5 years in Manager's assistance, sales management and customer service.
- Essential: Advanced English Level.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Advanced user of digital tools and familiarize with IT solutions: PPT, Excel, Office, CRM, Power BI
- Project management.
