Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Akshaya Nagar, Bengaluru
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Position Summary:
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience to work closely with executive leadership, gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, and grow professionally. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and easily handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Meeting Management:
- Assist in managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare meeting materials, and agendas, and take notes as needed to support follow-up on action items.
- Communication Support:
- Draft, review, and handle emails, correspondence, and documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Serve as a point of contact for communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism.
- Travel Arrangements:
- Help coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO.
- Prepare travel itineraries and necessary documents to ensure smooth travel plans.
- Administrative & Project Support:
- Assist the CEO with ad-hoc projects, conducting research and organizing data as required.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing administrative assistance and keeping track of timelines and deliverables.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning company events, team meetings, and other executive-led initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and support event execution as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role; prior experience as an intern or assistant is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
