Roles & Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the India CEO, you will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies and also serve as a liaison to the senior management teams. - Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Plan, coordinate and ensure the schedule is followed and respected.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments.
- Work closely and effectively to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks.
- Edit and complete first drafts for written communications to external stake holders
- Ability to work independently and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
