Overview
Client Company: Building the first-ever digital transfer solution for retirement accounts so employers can help retirement plan participants consolidate their savings.
Position: Seeking a Virtual Assistant to manage a variety of administrative tasks with a focus on email correspondence. The role demands constant context-switching and client-relationship management, and needs support to maintain and move all deals forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Management:
- Prioritization: Efficiently triage emails to identify most important matters, make trade-offs on the spot, and organize the inbox to podium key relationships in our pipelines.
- Drafting: Craft clear and concise emails with a strong command of English; develop and utilize templates to streamline communications.
- Follow-Up: Track and send emails using Manifest's CRM tools to ensure timely responses and ongoing documentation of the context and history of interactions.
- Internal Communication: Determining who is fit to draft and send correspondence is a very important part of the workflow and requires an understanding of both company and client.
Daily Operations:
Manage schedules, deals, and relationships, executing with high precision and minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role (VA).
- Proficient English speaker and writer.
- Experience with CRM systems and a specialization in email/inbox management.

Role and Work Hours
- This full-time role begins as a two-month training period, from which you'll transition into full-time.
- This is an 8-hour day position with expectations of flexibility according to business needs.
- Role may demand assistance with travel and personal tasks.
