Inbox and Diary Support Diary
Managing Leader's diary with a degree of autonomy in confirmation and scheduling of meetings and travel arrangements
Accepts and declines invites
Applies color coding to calendar
Manage complex and adios meeting coordination requirements
Travel Support
Arrange and co-ordinate complex and multi-destination travel and accommodation requirements using the preferred suppliers and the systems and processes in place and in short notice changes.
Creates logical itinerary based on Leaders availability.
Provides support with travel documentation and procedures including visas.
Communications
; document production and formatting; proof reading materials for consistency, grammar, and spelling
Communicates also unpopular opinions, does so with tact and in a tactical way, always following the goals and strategy of the company.
Seeks for Win-Win solutions. Encourages others to seek such solutions.
Actively communicates when noticing unachievable goals, proposes solutions leading to achieve them.
Client/EA Relationship
Develops relationships with executives clients and their Executive Support Associates.
Establishes network across home GU EA community
Drive customer service excellence - build relationships with Senior Executives and Senior Managers

Shares knowledge with team members, working collaboratively to deliver business results

Administration
Assists with miscellaneous complex administrative tasks, examples of which would include:
Locating and completing standard Accenture forms
Invoicing and accounts reconciliation support
Compiling and updating email distribution/ SharePoint lists
Time and expense reporting
Restaurant table booking
Office/meeting room bookings
Meeting and Event Planning
Takes brief and delivers full event management within budget (Bank Sadler)
Prepares agenda as directed by Leader
May provide on-site facilitation of event including taking notes.
Assist leader to find the right internal contact (onshore or offshore) or process as necessary (e.g., Event Planning, branding, copying)
Conference call/ VC bookings
Provides scheduling support and attends calls as required
Assists to provide technical resolutions
Document the work
Management tool
Capture and document details of all customer interactions in a work management tool (Service Now tool)
MS office
Must have strong knowledge
Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
