Executive Assistant - HR & Admin

Company Profile: Our Client Company is a fast evolving pharmaceutical company in applying research, technology and science to innovate and develop high quality medicines to treat chronic ailments in 2 GMP certified & Schedule-M complied manufacturing units.

Job Profile:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring paperwork is completed.
• Assist in managing daily office operations, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.
• Support in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and organizing company events or travel arrangements.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing company records.
• Assist Head of Sales & Administration in his routine activities.

Desired Candidate:

Any graduate with minimum 3 - 5 years in HR & Administration with Pharmaceutical industry.
