The Role
We are hiring an experienced, detail-oriented and passionate EA for our client - a UK based company that is a community of 150+ of Europe's leading tech entrepreneurs and operators who angel invest and help companies together. They invest in 2 companies a week at pre-seed and seed stages.
In this role as EA, you will work closely with their partners to help them run the angel investor community. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with their team and interacting with high-level executives and entrepreneurs.
They have been growing very rapidly to become one of the most prolific investors in startups in Europe in just 3 years. They need someone to help their partners be more effective as they scale.
You should have significant experience helping executives be more effective and love figuring out how to make things work more efficiently - by anticipating needs, organising ahead of time to solve problems and turning your hand to many different tasks each week.
You should delight in improving systems and operations and love getting things organised. Perhaps most importantly you must be able to learn fast and communicate clearly and effectively.
You'll likely have 5+ years of EA experience. Compensation will be 6 - 8 lakh per year. You will work remotely from India.

Responsibilities
- You will support our 2 partners with their busy schedules and inbox - this is the core of this role. We engage with multiple stakeholders day in and day out (members, founders, potential deals, co-investors, etc), you will help manage overflowing inboxes, schedules and relationships with people, helping us communicate more efficiently and effectively.
- You will support these partners with their personal lives enabling them to focus more time on the business.
- You will support the partners in company operations where relevant to helping these partners, you will help us with finance, HR, legal, interacting with members, our portfolio startups and other company operations processes.
- You will help us plan, strategise and deliver on key initiatives - providing support with writing, editing, messaging and operations.
Requirements & Skills
- Experienced PA - we are looking for someone with significant experience who loves to help others be more effective. You should be able to lead the way in helping us clear our time, get things done and enable us to focus on the next set of important projects.
- Independent - you are comfortable working in ambiguous environments. You move forward with little supervision and know when to ask questions and get help. You should be able to be highly organised under pressure, and to prioritise well.
- You love processes, problem solving and details - you are someone who likes fine-tuning a system and suggests improvements. We need high attention to detail, diligence and someone who can communicate extremely well.
- You love networks, teams and working together with a community - but simultaneously won't need close supervision, or to work on location with others. Someone gregarious but self-sufficient.
- You might love startups, or entrepreneurship - whilst not vital, understanding how startups work would definitely help.
- You are fast, yet have attention to detail - we need someone who can cover a lot of things in a day, yet also knows where to focus attention to ensure things are done properly
- Tech-savvy - you should love finding and using tools to help people be more effective, whether Google Drive, spreadsheets, Slack, Airtable, Looms and others. The role would be perfect for someone who's interested in self-development and learning new things and skills as you go.
Work Schedule
As the client is UK based, you will be required to work to UK daytime:
- Monday to Friday
- 14.00pm - 23.00pm IST (08.30am - 17.30pm GMT)
