We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting executive communication, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive communications, including managing calls, responding to emails, and assisting clients.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments.
- Organize interviews, handle the onboarding process, and assist in recruitment.
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for executives.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Develop and maintain professionalism among staff and clients, ensuring confidentiality.
- Handle business development tasks, such as managing incoming inquiries and outbound calls.
- Collaborate with various teams, such as social media, digital marketing, and brand consultants, to ensure efficient coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Admin Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Experience with vendor management and recruitment processes is a plus.
Education
- Graduate in any field, with a preference for candidates who have experience in administrative roles in the IT services industry.
